All the live bands need to have at least 2-3 strong lead and backing vocals, and a world popular and entertaining program consisted of 200+ songs. This doesn´t apply to classical ensembles.

Bands also need to be able to deliver a great 5×45 min show 7 days a week throughout your whole contract.
Be sure your band is adaptable and can deliver a different show each night, therefore the program needs to be varied and entertaining, and flexible.

The most important thing is to entertain your guests and keep a high level of (positive) energy in the band.
Additional standards and requirements will be presented by the client depending on your job role.
